Million dollar spaghetti casserole


°1 pack (8 oz) macaroni
°1 pound lean ground beef
°1 can (16 oz) spaghetti sauce
°1/2 cup butter, sliced
°1 pack (8 oz) cottage cheese
°1 package (8 oz) soft cream cheese
°half a cup of sour cream
°1 package (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, grated

*How to Make 

Preheat oven to 175°C.
Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 12 minutes.slide.
Heat  skillet on medium-high heat. Fry and turn the beef in a hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes until brown and crumbly. Drain and remove the fat. Place in a bowl and mix with the spaghetti sauce.
Arrange half of the butter slices on the bottom of a 9" x 13" skillet.Place half of the spaghetti on a plate. Mix
ricotta, cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl; Spread the mixture over the spaghetti. Cover with the remaining spaghetti and place the remaining slices of butter on top.
Pour the ground beef mixture over the spaghetti and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.Spreading the cheddar cheese on top and continue cooking until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 15 minutes more.
