Sour-Cream Chicken Enchilada



*Ingredients

° 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
° ½ cup sour cream
° 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
° ½ cup of milk
° 1 can chop green chilies
° 2 cups Fiesta Mexican Blend shredded cheese
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 2 teaspoons onion powder
° Salt & pepper to taste
° 12 corn tortillas

* Methods 

FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
 Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
SECOND STEP:
Layer 6 tortilla in bottom of baking dish
In a blending bowl, blend following: soup mix, milk, sour cream, green chiles, salt and pepper, garlic & onion powder
THIRD STEP:
Take half the shredded chicken and place it evenly over the tortilla layer
Spoon half of the liquid mixture over the chicken
FOURTH STEP:
Sprinkle half the grated cheese on top
Repeat steps 2-6
FIFTH STEP:
Bake for 40 minutes and leave on the counter for the end of cooking
Garnish with chopped green onions
