°1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
°1 ½ c onion
°1 pound ground beef
°2 large garlic cloves, minced
°2 teaspoons of paprika
°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
°1 teaspoon of salt
°¼ teaspoon ground pepper
°1 can (14 oz) no salt added diced tomato
°1 can (8 oz)  tomato sauce
°1 cup low sodium beef or chicken broth
°1 1/4 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni
°2 tsp grated parmesan

* Methods 

Step 1
Heat oil in  saucepan on heat. Add onion and beef; cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Adding garlic, paprika, Italian season, salt & pepper; cook, stir, for 1 min. Stir in the tomatoes and their juice, the tomato sauce and the broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Adding macaroni also cooking, un-covered, stir occasionally, to tender, 6 to 9 min. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
