ROAST POTATOES WITH GARLIC & PARMESAN


*INGREDIENTS:

°3 pounds red potatoes, halved
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°5 garlic cloves, minced
°1 teaspoon dried thyme
°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
°1/2 teaspoon dried basil
°1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
°Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
°2 tsp un-salted butter
°2 tsp chop parsley leaves

* Methods :

Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Lightly oil baking sheet or coat with non-stick spraying.
Placing potatoes in single layer on prepare baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil and Parmesan; Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Stir ringin butter to melt, about 1 min.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
