As far as made-in-paradise matchsticks go, spinach and artichokes rank very high on the list, probably above chocolate and peanut butter (if you ask a taste-minded audience).

* ingredients:

° 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, dried and chopped
° 2 cups chopped baby spinach
° 1 cup sour cream
° 1/3 cup mayonnaise
° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
° Kosher salt & freshly black pepper
° 1 c mozzarella cheese
° 1/4 c freshly grated cheese
° 2 rolls of crescent tubes (8 ounces)
° 1 large egg, scrambled
° 2 tsps fresh parsley leaves

* Methods :

Preheaat oven 375 degres F . Heat a pie plate or greasy coating with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder; Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring.

Unroll the crescent moon, and tap the holes to seal them into a roughly 13" x 18" rectangle. Top with artichoke mixture.
Starting with the shortest side, roll up, pressing the edges to seal. Cut in the eighties. Place, cut side down, on the prepared pie plate. Grease it with eggs.

Placing in oven & baking to golden brown, about 20-25 min .
