* ingredients:

° 3 tablespoons milk
° 3 tablespoons boiling water
° 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
° 8 ounces all-purpose flour (just under 2 cups, I recommend measuring and weight.1 1/2 oz sugar (about 3 tsp)
° 1 Egg
° 1 ounce butter, cool to room temperature
° 1 pinch of salt
° Glaze
° oil
° 1/3 cup butter
° 2 cups confectioners' sugar
° 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
° 4 tsps hot water

* Methods

In a large measuring jug, mix milk and boiling water.Add a teaspoon of sugar and yeast.Stir gently and place in a warm place until the yeast (also called foam) explodes.Combine flour, remaining sugar and salt in a large bowl.Use your fingers or a blender to cut the butter into crumbles.Add the egg (quickly beaten) and yeast mixture to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.This usually takes about 5 minutes.Place the dough on a lightly floured workbench and knead for 5-10 minutes; you should feel the feathers and small bubbles forming under the surface.Put it back in the bowl, cover it with a cloth or plastic wrap, and let it sit for about an hour until it doubles.After cooking, put the dough on the table and cut into 4 pieces.Little by little, pull it into a rope one to one and a half inches wide.Cut a strip about an inch long, grab the ball with your hands and place it on a baking sheet or wire rack and wait.
Cover the holes with a cloth so that they rise while the oil is heating to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.Put the rolls in butter and fry until golden brown on each side for about 2 minutes.Fry less so they don’t stick together or stick together.Drain the water with a paper towel or wire mesh on a rag before freezing.Be sure to reheat them, otherwise they won't get such a delicious filling!

Enjoy !
