Amish cinnamon bread is a sweet, no-knead bread made with a few common ingredients! Great as a quick breakfast or dessert.

No kneading, just mix and bake 🙂

+ Mixture:
° 1 cup soft butter
° 2 cups of sugar
° 2 eggs
° 2 cups of yoghurt or homemade yogurt - 
° 2 cups of milk plus 2 tablespoons of vinegar or
° Lemon juice
° 4 cups of flour
° 2 teaspoons of baking soda

+Cinnamon and sugar mixture:
° 2/3 cup sugar
° 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Beat butter with 2 cups of sugar and eggs. Add milk, flour and baking soda. Put 1/2 of the mixture (or a little less) into greased loaf pans (1/4 in each pan). Mix separately
Dish 2/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture over 1/2 mixture in each skillet. add the remaining mixture to the pans; Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Whirl with the knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Or until the toothpick tester comes clean. Cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 2 loaves
