*Ingredients:

+For cake:
°1 can of unpeeled crushed pineapple
°2 c. All-purpose flour
°1 C. sugar
°2 large eggs
°2 tbsp. Sodium bicarbonate
+Garnish:
°8 oz. Soft cream cheese
°1 piece of soft butter
°2 c. powdered sugar
°2 tbsp. vanilla extract
°2 tbsp. Milk

*How to make :

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In mix bowl, whisking cake ingredients to well mixed.
Pour mix into a well-greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Baking for 30-35 mn, to golden brown &  cooking through.
Leaving cake to cool for 15 minutes.
Mixing frosting ingredients to smooth & Creamy.
Spreading frosting on a warm cake & let it cool before serve.
