These fajitas were eat faster than anything I've had before - which is saying a lot because I feel like I'm still cooking. That's a lot, enough to feed 4-5 people!
We enjoy them in tortillas first day also turned them to chipotle-style fajita bowls for lunch next day, and still have a few leftovers! And no, I'm not even complaining. I will definitely repeat it over and on again.
*ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
1 red capsicum finely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin slices
1 green capsicum cut into thin slices
1 large yellow onion, cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
2 cups grated Mexican cheese
6 to 8 tortillas
