Spicy steak fajita



2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
1 red capsicum finely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin slices
1 green capsicum cut into thin slices
1 large yellow onion, cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
2 cups grated Mexican cheese
6 to 8 tortillas

*How to make spicy fajita steak

In a zip-top bag, place steak strips, spices, lemon juice, and olive oil
Shake the package to coat the steak pieces
Add the sweet pepper and onion to the bag and seal the bag
Shake the bag again to cover the vegetables
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet and add the ingredients from the package to the hot skillet.
Cook until the vegetables are tender and the meat is tender.
Serve with warm tortilla bread, sprinkle with shredded cheese and your choice of optional toppings
