*INGREDIENTS
°600 g (1 1/3 lb) extra-lean ground beef
°3 half-peppers of various colors, minced
°15 ml (1 tbsp.) steak spices
°250 ml (1 cup) brown sauce
°250 ml (1 cup) grated Swiss cheese
°Also provide: 1 chopped red onion
*PREPARATION
In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until it has lost its pink color.
Add peppers, onion and steak spices. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add brown sauce. Pepper and stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes over low-medium heat.
Add the Swiss cheese and let melt for a few minutes.
