Pancake recipe !!


°1 cup all-purpose flour
°2 large eggs
°Half a cup of milk
°Half a cup of water
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°2 tsp of butter

*Methods :

Whisk flour and eggs together in a large mixing bowl; Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and melted butter. beat until smooth.
Heat an oiled frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Scoop or spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet, using about 1/4 cup per pie. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter evenly covers the surface.
Cook until the top of the crepe is no longer soggy and the bottom is lightly brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Run spatula around edge of pan to loosen patty; Flip and cook until other side is lightly browned, about 1 minute. Serve hot.
