The following recipe is specifically designed for heavy-duty floor cleaning, especially in high-traffic areas such as commercial kitchens. This household cleaner is very effective at removing grease and has worked wonders on my kitchen floor as well.
Plus, the cleaner gives off a fresh scent, which is a stark contrast to typical commercial floor cleaners like Pine-Sol or ammonia-based ones that tend to amplify unwanted odors.
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon liquid dish soap (Blue Dawn is highly recommended due to its exceptional cleaning ability).
1/4 cup washing soda (this is readily available in the laundry section of most grocery stores).
2 gallons of tap water, preferably lukewarm
