*This is our easy recipe for dinner!

°two white Cheddar Cheez-its cups
°4 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
°two cups barbecue sauce divided

Preheat the oven to 350F

Put the cheez-its in a large zipper in the back and seal.

Crush with hands until finely crushed.

Pour into a shallow bowl and set aside.

Spray a pan with nonstick spray.

Pour a cup of BBQ sauce into the bottom of the pan** (see note below)

Pour the remaining 1 cup barbecue sauce into a shallow dish.

Start by dipping each chicken breast in the barbecue sauce, patting both sides to make sure it's completely coated.

Dip barbecue chicken in bowl with cheez-its and completely cover both sides.

Use your fingers to pat the cookies over each piece of chicken.

Place each covered chicken breast in the pan.

Bake, covered with foil, for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.

Be sure to check that the chicken is ready before removing it from the oven.

When it's completely white, it's done!

Serve alone or with rice.

Enjoy!

**NOTE: The BBQ sauce in the bottom of the baking dish is optional.

This makes the bottom of the chicken a bit soggy.

We liked the extra sauce (especially Pat), but it would be good either way.

If you leave extra sauce, serve it with a little barbecue sauce for dipping.
