* White Bread *


°1 sachet active dry yeast
°1 C lukewarm water
°1 egg
°1 C. Salt
¼ C. sugar
3 tbsp. Oil
3-5 C flour

* Methods : 

Step 1. Add the yeast and water to a large mixing bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.\
Step 2. Place the egg, salt, 2 cups flour, sugar, and oil into the mixing bowl along with the yeast mixture. Stir over high heat until well blended.
Step 3. Add another cup of flour and mix until the dough is smooth.
Step 4. If needed, add more flour, ¼ cup at a time, until the dough comes away easily from the mixing handle.
Step 5. Place the dough in a large, well-greased bowl and turn it several times to coat it well so it doesn't stick.
Step 6. Cover lightly with a clean cloth and place in a warm place to rise for one hour. The dough should rise at least twice its original size.
Step 7. Degas the dough, knead it several times and place it in a well-greased loaf pan.
Step 8. Cover and place in a warm place to rise again for one hour.
Step 9. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
