*Ingredients:
°1 cup chopped vegetables: broccoli, carrots, red pepper
°4 oz cream cheese (softened)
°1/3 cup mayonnaise
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/4 teaspoon dried dill
°1/4 tsp salt
°1/8 teaspoon black pepper
° 2 burrito-sized flour tortilla
°1/2 c cheddar cheese
°2 tsp green onion

Choose and chop your vegetables. I chop mine very small so there's a bit of everything in every tasty bite.
Allow cream cheese to soften to facilitate blending. In bowl, Blending cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt also pepper.
For easy rolling, first microwave the tortillas for 15-20 seconds. Spread over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle evenly with vegetables, cheese and chopped onion.
Start at the edge of the tortilla and roll it up tightly until you reach the opposite side.
The cream cheese will help it stick. Secure with a toothpick or two and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes. Feel free to chill overnight in the fridge (well wrapped or in a storage container) if you're making them ahead of time for convenience. preparation of meals/snacks.
All that remains is to cut out windmills and serve!
