Ingredients

dough:
1 1/8 t active dry yeast
1 t granulated sugar
3/4 c warm water
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 - 2 c baking flour
Topping:
1 1/2 tsp salted butter
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup   Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

instructions:

In  bowl or stand blender, mix ½ cup of warm water with  sugar and yeast. Stir the mixture and leave for 5 minutes. Adding rest 1/4 cup of warm water, olive oil, salt, also vinegar.
Starting mixing on medium-low speed also adding  flour - knead for a few minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic (it should be  sticky, but not so sticky that it sticks to your clean fingertips). Mine is usually ready with 1 1/2 cups flour) Cover the bowl with a dry towel and let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
Preheat oven 475°F with a pizza stone inside or upside down.
Gently roll the dough. Lay a large piece of parchment paper on the counter also use hands (or a rolling pin, but it's easiest with your hands) roll the dough into a rectangle 1/3 inch thick.
Combine butter and garlic in a small bowl, then spread the mixture evenly over the dough all the way to the edges. Topped with parmesan cheese also mozzarella cheese.
Transfering dough (still on the parchment paper) onto the hot pizza stone in oven. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden and chimpy.
Serving with sauces such as marinara sauce or ranch.

Enjoy !
