°1 package (14 ounces) spring roll wrappers

°4 slices American cheese, halved

°2 cups oil for frying, or as needed

Fry rolls in hot oil until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove; Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ketchup for dipping.
