Creamed Beef


°1 jar beef jerky, cut into thin strips
°4 tablespoons of butter
à4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
°4 cups whole milk
°Pepper to taste


Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the flour to the skillet and whisk for several minutes to remove the raw flour taste. pour in milk and whisk until a thick sauce forms. Season with pepper to taste and stir in the beef jerky. Serving on generously butter toast.
