Apple Fritter Cake


° 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 4 teaspoons baking powder
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 6 apples of your choice, peeled and seeded, then cut into cubes
° 3 cups of flour
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 1/2 c milk
° 2 egg
° ½ c melted butter
° 1 c butter
° 2 tsp of flour
° 1 c brown sugar
° 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
+ Glaze
° 2 cups of powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 5 tablespoons of milk


The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
 In a large bowl, mix cinnamon, salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, milk and eggs. Blending well, then adding 12 diced apples also stir well
The 2 step:
Used low speed of electric mixer, slowly sprinkling melted butter to the mixture while continue to mix.
Grease a baking tray 9 x 13
Third step:
Pour the mixture into the skillet
Sprinkle some of the remaining apple slices on top of the mixture
The fourth step:
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients together and mix well
Place scoops of this thick mixture on top of the mixture
Fifth step:
Take a butter knife and pass it through the thickened batter and cake to give it a somewhat marbled effect.
Bake for 35 to 40 min
Sixth step:
When the cake has completely cooled, sprinkle the entire top with the glaze mixture.
