Deviled egg recipe


°6 eggs
°1/4 cup mayonnaise
°1 teaspoon of white vinegar
°1 teaspoon yellow mustard
°1/8 tsp salt
°Freshly ground black pepper
°Spanish paprika


  Placing eggs in  single layer in saucepan and covering with enough water so that there is 1 1/2 inches water above eggs. Heat over high heat until the water begins to boil, then cover, lower the heat and cook for 1 minute.Removing from  heat & leave covered for 14 min, & rinse under running cold water  for 1 min.
* Break the eggshells and peel them carefully under cold running water. Dried with paper towels. Cutting eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to  bowl and placing whites on serve platter.
Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
* Spoon heaping teaspoons of the egg yolk mixture evenly into the egg whites. Sprinkling with paprika & serve.
