Crispy Chicken Salad



*INGREDIENTS:

°3 c cook, shredded or chop chicken
°1 c sharp cheese, grated
°1 cup potato chips, lightly crushed
°1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
°1/4 c bacon, cooked and crumbled
°1 tsp dry ranch mix
°1/2 tsp lemon juice
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
°1/2 tsp onion powder
°salt & freshly ground pepper

* PREPERATION:

Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a square baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
Placing chicken, cheese, celery also bacon in  bowl.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch mix, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder, then season with salt and pepper.
Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the chicken until well coated, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
Topping baking plate with potato chips, & placing in oven also bake for 25-30 minutes, or until mix is hot and bubbly & cheese is melt.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
