Best Chinese Chicken



*Ingredients

° 2 tablespoons of olive oil
° 1 teaspoon sesame oil
° 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
° 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
° 2 tablespoons cornstarch
° 1 green pepper thinly sliced ​​or cut into pieces
° 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
° 1 ½ cup snow peas
° 2 teaspoons minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon ground ginger into a paste
+ Sauce
° 1 ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
° ⅓ cup soy sauce
° 3 tablespoons of white cooking wine
° 1 tablespoon of honey
° 1 tablespoon cornstarch
° 1 tablespoon of olive oil
° 2 tablespoons brown sugar

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Cutting chicken to  bite-sized pieces
In a bowl mix the soy sauce and cornstarch
SECOND STEP:
Adding chicken to bowl also coat well
In other bowl, adding cooking wine, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, cornstarch also brown sugar.
Mix well
THIRD STEP:
In a skillet on the stove, add sesame oil and olive oil over medium-high heat
Adding meat to skillet and cooking to chicken is brown on all sides
4 STEP:
Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate
In the skillet, add the mushrooms, cashews, snow peas and bell pepper with the sauce and cook until tender
FIFTH STEP:
Add the minced garlic and ginger and mix well.
Sauté for 30 seconds more, then return the chicken to the pan.
STEP SIX:
Stir to combine and sauté another 5 minutes.
Serving with a side white rice & garnish with chop green onions.
