Muffin tins are actually a multi-purpose
kitchen gadget! This potato stacking recipe with Parmesan cheese is made for 4
to 6 people and is the perfect complement to any meal. You will need 8-10
potatoes, sliced into 1/16 inch slices, 3 teaspoons butter, 2 teaspoons
Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, salt and
pepper.
Preheat the oven to 3500. Melt the butter
and some to coat the muffin pan. Place the potato slices in a large bowl and
add the Parmesan cheese, garlic, thyme and the remaining butter. Toss to coat.
Put potatoes in piles in a muffin pan. Sprinkle each pile with some salt and
pepper. Placing muffin pan in oven & baking for 56-61 min or until you see
golden brown edges and the centers are soft.
For this particular recipe, you'll need the
following ingredients (feed 4 to 6 people) :
° 3 teaspoons butter
° 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 teaspoon thyme
° salt
° ground black pepper
° 9-11 golden potatoes, cut to 1/16 inch
tranches
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit. Then melt the butter and use it to butter the muffin pan.
Next, cut the golden potatoes into thin
slices. When done, put it in a large mixing bowl. Then adding melted butter /
parmesan cheese & spices. Stirring mixture To potatoes are equally covered.
Now, place the potatoes in stacks and place
them in each individual muffin cup in the muffin pan. Sprinkling salt &
pepper on Top .
Place the muffin tray in the oven and bake
for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are golden in color and the center is
soft.
Once done, take it out of the oven and let
it cool for 5 minutes. Decorate the ready-made pile of potatoes with Parmesan,
