This easy recipe of Devil Egg Noodle Salad
tastes just like scrambled eggs, super creamy and filled with celery, olives,
pickles, and red onions. Fast, delicious, and ready in 30 minutes!
This matching pasta salad is made in
heaven! The delicious creamy flavor of a scrambled egg with a pasta salad
filled with the goodie? You'll be a hit with every barbecue you go to this
summer! You should try this, especially if you have a lot of leftover eggs.
This recipe makes great use of it and this too makes a perfect side dish.
You only need to look at how incredibly
thick this pasta salad is. No dry noodles in my kitchen! I always make sure to
load my pasta salads with homemade sauce, so even if I prepare them a day or
two in advance, every bite will still be well covered.
* Ingredients :
° 8 oz. Macaroni pasta (cooked according to
the instructions on the box)
° 6 boiled eggs (chopped yolk)
° 1/2 cup mayonnaise
° 1 tablespoon. mustard
° 1 tablespoon. ketchup
° 1 tablespoon. White vinegar
° 1 tablespoon. Granulated sugar
° 1 small red onion, chopped
° 2 celery ribs, chopped
° 1/2 tsp. Red pepper
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 teaspoon pepper
° Green onions to garnish
* Instructions :
Cook the noodles according to package
instructions.
Drainage, rinse, & set apart in a large
bowl.
We cut the boiled eggs in half and remove
the yolks.
Put the yolks in a small bowl.
Set to the side.
Chop the egg white and add to the pasta
bowl.
Add chopped onion and celery to the pasta
bowl.
Mash the egg yolk with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and
mustard.
Stir until combined.
Add the egg yolk sauce to the pasta bowl
and stir until combined.
Putting it in refrigerator for at least an
1 h .
Decorate with green Onions
