Easiest Meatloaf Ever


1 package Stovetop stuffing mix (your choice of flavor)

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup water

2 eggs, lightly beaten


Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and water.

Stir in the stuffing mix, 1/4 cup of ketchup, and the ground beef. Mix well using your hands.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, or use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for shaping the meatloaf.

Place the meatloaf mixture in the pan, or shape it into a loaf on the baking sheet.

Coat the top of the meatloaf with the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) as checked by a meat thermometer.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
