Ingredients


For the Glaze:

¼ Cup Ketchup

1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

2 Tsp Brown Sugar

For the Meatloaf:

1 lb. Tenderloin, or 96% Lean Ground Beef

1 ½ Slices of Whole Wheat Bread (crust removed and shredded)

1 Cup Vidalia Onion, chopped

3 Large Egg Whites

Pinch of Salt

½ tsp Pepper

3 tbsp. Ketchup

1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions


Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prep a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.


Mix Meatloaf Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded bread, onion, egg whites, salt, and pepper. Set this aside for now.


Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.


Combine: Pour the sauce over the meat mixture. Mix well, preferably using your hands, to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed.


Form the Loaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to the prepared loaf pan.


Bake: Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 55 minutes, ensuring the meatloaf is fully cooked.


Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then, cut the meatloaf into 5 equal portions, plate, and serve.
