I'm making this recipe for the 3rd time this month

For the Bars:

1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling

4 large eggs

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla essence

For the Cheesecake:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Optional Glaze:

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon almond or vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla essence.

In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually blend into the wet ingredients.

Spread half the batter in the prepared pan.

Whisk cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla essence until smooth. Spread over the batter in the pan.

Layer with peach pie filling, then drop remaining batter in dollops on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden-brown. Cool completely.

Optionally, prepare and drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.

These Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Bars are more than just a dessert; they're a portal to summery nostalgia and joy. Perfect for relishing during a cozy gathering or as a treat to brighten your day. Prepare to be swept away by the enchanting flavors of this delightful dessert!
