1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 6-oz can DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
Method:
Begin by adding the crushed pineapple and pineapple juice to a blender.
Incorporate the sugar or honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the mix.
Blend the contents for about 1-2 minutes until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Segment the frozen whipped topping into smaller portions and introduce them into the blender. Continue to blend on high until it's thoroughly combined and has a silky texture.
Should the blend seem too liquid-like, introduce about ¼ cup of ice and blend once more.
Spoon the luscious blend into mason jars or your chosen serving glasses. Alternatively, you can funnel the mix into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle, and artistically pipe it into petite cups or bowls for an added touch of elegance.
Finally, place your concoction in the freezer for roughly 2-3 hours, allowing it to set firmly.
