*ingredients

°3 cups dry pasta
°4 tsp of salt butter
°2 cans (12 oz / 370 ml) evaporated milk
°1/3 cup of milk of your choice
°2 large eggs
°1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
°4 c grated cheddar cheese
°2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
°1 teaspoon of paprika

*How to make :

Bring pot of water boil. Add salt and pasta and cook until al dente.
Drain and return to pot.
Add the butter and stir until the butter melts. Put aside.
In a large bowl, mix the evaporated milk, milk, eggs, and garlic salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Put a third of the amount of pasta, then a third of the cheese.
Repeat the process with the rest of the macaroni and cheese mixture.
Pour the milk mixture over it. Sprinkle paprika evenly on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
