*How to make Lady Brownies Lunch

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9" x 9" baking pan with aluminum foil, making sure the foil is showing slightly up the sides.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream with the sugar and butter for the mixture, taking care to stir or whisk until the mixture has lightened in color and texture. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until fully combined.

Slowly add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until the color becomes uniform. Pour mixture to baking dish and bake for 20-25 min. For the best texture, do not over-bake.

While the brownies are cooling, start making the frosting. In a medium bowl, mix the butter, milk, cocoa powder, and icing sugar until the texture of the frosting is reached. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time. If it's too runny, add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar at a time.

Once the frosting is just right, it is spread over the brownies while they are still warm so some of the icing melts into the brownies. Cut into squares and use the foil to help lift the brownies out of the pan.

Enjoy !
