°2 jalapeno peppers or 1 poblano pepper
°1 red pepper or other ripe red pepper
°Half a cup of fat-free Greek yogurt
°8 ounces light cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
°1 package ranch dip mix see note
°15 oz corn 1 can
°3-4 ounces sliced olives (small can), optional

Chop the pepper.
In a mixer or by hand, cream the cream cheese. When the mixture is smooth, add the yogurt and ranch mixture and mix until combined.
Add pepper, corn and olives.
Serve with raw vegetables, crackers, potatoes or slices of French bread.
