*Ingredients

°1/2 pound pasta
°1 1/2 pounds ground meat
°1 large onion, diced
°Garlic salt, pepper, chili powder and hot sauce to taste
°2 cans (14.5 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained and cooked
°2 tablespoons ketchup
°Tomato juice as needed

*How to make:

Cooking pasta according to pack directions. While cooking, brown the ground beef and onions together in a very large skillet or casserole dish.

Filter and season with spices to your liking. In  bowl, mashed tomatoes with a potato masher also add to beef with the ketchup. Drain pasta and add it to meat mixture, stir well. Taste & adding additional seasonings as need.

I didn't need to add tomato juice to my tomato juice, but if you like your juice extra, you can add as much tomato juice as you want.
Phyllis provides it to her leftovers, which I additionally recommend, as pasta has a tendency to take in all of the juice over time.
