Mushroom Garlic Parmesan


°2 tablespoons of butter
°1 tablespoon of olive oil
°8 minced garlic cloves
°8 ounces whole bella mushroom
°Half a cup of heavy cream
°2 tablespoons of soft cream cheese
°A quarter cup of grated fresh Parmesan cheese
°Half a teaspoon of onion powder
°¾ teaspoon dried thyme
°Salt and pepper to taste
°Fresh parsley to decorate


Rinse & clean the mushrooms & pat dry
Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes
Add the garlic, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, onion powder and oregano and cook for 5 - 10 minutes, until the sauce is thick and creamy.
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish with freshly parsley & serving
