*Ingredients

+For cream:
°3 boxes milk cream
°2 can sweetened condensed milk
°Two packets of passion fruit juice powder or a flavor of your choice
+For the ganache:
 °1 box of milk cream
°200 grams of chopped dark chocolate

*Methods :

 
In  mixer, mix the cream of milk, sweetened condensed milk also fruit juice powder.
Mixing ingredients for 5 mn to smooth and creamy.

Take  glass dish and equally spread cream mixture on it.

+Ganache:
 
In bowl, putting chopped dark chocolate also melt it in a bain-marie or in microwave. If use a microwave, heat in 30 sec intervals to avoid burning, stirring in between.
Adding milk cream to the melted chocolate & mix well to you get a shiny ganache.

Cover the prepared cream with chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly over the surface.
Placing candy in the fridge for at least an hour to allow it to set & thicken.

When the time is up, take the dessert out of the fridge.
Serve the dessert chilled and savor the delicious flavors of this foolproof treat!
