*Ingredients

°1 pack (15.25 oz) cake yellow mix* (better Betty Crocker or Pillsbury)
°1 pack (3.4 ounces) lemon pudding mix
°3/4 cup vegetable oil
°3/4 cup of orange juice
°4 large eggs
+To decorate:
°2 cups of powdered sugar
°3/4 cup of orange juice
°4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

*Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and flour 10-12 cups baking tray.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, vegetable oil, orange juice, and eggs. Mix for two minutes. Pour cake mix to the prepared pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 min and the cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan. Allow the cake to cool in the pan while you prepare the frosting.
In  saucepan, combined powdered sugar, orange juice, & butter. Cooking on medium-low heat until butter melts, stir frequently.
Using skewer or toothpick to poke holes in cake. Pour the hot frosting over the cake while it is still in the cake pan. It will look like a lot of glaze, but keep pouring. Allow cake to cool for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until cake has cooled and most of the frosting has been absorbed, then invert cake onto serving plate. Leave to cool completely before serving. This cake is great served after it has rested for 8 h.

Enjoy !
