°2 cups yellow squash, finely chopped
°1 cup onion, finely chopped
°1 egg, beaten
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1 teaspoon of pepper
°½ cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
°vegetable oil


In  bowl, blend squash, onion, egg, salt / pepper. Blend well. Stirring in the flour. In a skillet, heat ½ inch of oil over medium-high heat. Using a tablespoon, drop the dough into the oil. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown, turning once. Draining patties on paper.
