°6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
°1 stick of melted unsalted butter
°1 cup flour
°1 cup of sugar
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°⅛ teaspoon of salt
°1 cup milk

* Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour the ghee into the center of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish; do not put butter in the pan.
In another bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and yeast. Slowly pour in milk and vanilla extract and stir until combined. Pour blend on butter, but do not stir it.
Place the brown sugar, peaches and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat over high heat. Continue to stir until the sugar is completely melted and the peaches are drained.
Water the peaches. Do not move.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cobbler surface is golden brown.
Serve it hot.
