A pecan pie (also referred to as a pecan pie) is an American recipe that is usually prepared on Thanksgiving Day. Yesterday I remembered this recipe that some American friends in the past gave me and shared with you. I sold pecans from a natural farm that simply . However, there are different cases that I haven't been able to see, I've altered them with regular pecans, as they may be from an identical circle of relatives and are pretty much the same. 

The dough is a sweet dough with eggs. If you need to shop for ready-made puff pastry, it is much better to buy puff pastry than quick puff pastry. But it is really worth making it by hand due to the fact that it is a more special dough than we are used to.

* ingredients :

+ To make pecan pie dough

° 225 grams of wheat flour
° One hundred and ten grams of butter
° 110g white sugar
° Four egg yolks
+ to fill in
° three eggs
° One hundred and ten grams of sugar
° Five tablespoons of syrup (you can update liquid honey)
° Three tablespoons of rum
° 175g pecans (or walnuts)
° 50 gm butter
° Vanilla extract
° salt


Make the dough, mixing all the ingredients at the same time in a food processor. This can also be terminated manually. Once you're done, wrap it in clear paper and place it inside the refrigerator for an hour.
We put the oven at two hundred degrees Celsius.

Roll out the dough and put a cake pan greased with oil to prevent it from sticking.

Beat eggs and mix with sugar. Melt the butter and load up on this and the different filling ingredients, like a pinch of salt and some drops of vanilla.
