Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef or ground sausage, browned and drained

2 cups diced potatoes

1 diced onion

1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

2 cups chicken or beef broth

1.5 cups uncooked macaroni noodles

1/2 cup sour cream

2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Start by browning the ground beef or sausage in a saucepan, then drain any excess fat.

Lightly grease your slow cooker, then add the cooked meat, diced onion, cream of mushroom soup, and diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, give it a stir, and set your cooker to high for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, pour in the broth and add the uncooked macaroni noodles. Cover and continue cooking on high for another 30 minutes.

Mix in 2 cups of cheddar cheese and the sour cream, then top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover and let cook for an additional 20 minutes until everything is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
