– 1 bag frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes (16 oz)
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 beaten egg
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the frozen hashbrowns in a large bowl.
3. Add the olive oil, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.

4. Spread the potatoes onto a greased baking sheet. You can also arrange into a pancake shape.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Bake until crispy!
