Preparing a Raisin Decoction
Ingredients:
400 ml water
150 g raisins
Preparation:
Wash the raisins thoroughly.
Boil water in a clean pot and add the washed raisins.
Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Let the decoction sit overnight, strain in the morning, and warm up slightly before use.
Choose raisins that are neither too soft nor too hard, avoiding shiny ones and opting for dark-colored raisins.
Drink a warm decoction on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals in the morning, for 4 days. This cleansing treatment can be done once a month. The resolution of skin problems and the reduction of eye bags can be a pleasant bonus.
