2 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets

5 eggs

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 ½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

4 tbsp melted butter

2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese

½ cup grated parmesan cheese, plus an additional ½ cup for topping

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Boil the cauliflower florets until just tender (about 3-4 minutes), then drain thoroughly.

Place the cauliflower in the baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, spices, and cheeses. Stir in the cooled melted butter.

Pour this rich cheese mixture over the cauliflower. Sprinkle the extra parmesan on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
