This recipe is one of faves for the holidays, but I'm not gonna lie that I also eat it all year round



1.5-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup melted butter

6 oz chicken stuffing mix

1 can (14 oz) green beans, drained

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place it at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Surround with green beans.

Mix stuffing mix with chicken broth, sour cream, and melted butter. Spread over green beans.

Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until chicken is done and stuffing is tender. Add more broth if needed.
