1 can Pink Salmon, drained

1/8 Green Pepper Bell, chopped very fine

1/8 small Onion, chopped very fine

1 large Egg

5 Saltine Crackers, crushed


Start by grabbing a large bowl. Into this, add your drained and deboned fish. Follow this with an egg, your choice of crushed crackers, finely chopped peppers, and onion. Mix all these ingredients together until they are well combined.

Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, it's time to form the patties. Divide the mixture into four even portions. Using your hands, shape each portion into a patty, ensuring they are evenly sized for consistent cooking.

Next, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter. Once the butter has melted and started to bubble slightly, add your patties to the pan. Fry them until they turn a beautiful golden brown on both sides. Be sure to flip them carefully to ensure both sides get evenly cooked and have that delicious crispy exterior.
