8 ounces penne pasta

1 lb chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into bite-sized chunks

4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil (from the sun-dried tomatoes jar)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, dried

Salt & pepper, to your preference
