Cinnamon roll


°3 cups flour
°1/4 tsp salt
°1 cup of sugar
°4 teaspoons baking powder
°1 1/2 cup milk
°2 eggs
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°1/2 cup melted butter
°1 cup soft butter
°1 cup brown sugar
°2 tablespoons of flour
°1 tablespoon of cinnamon
°2 cups powdered sugar
°5 tablespoons of milk
°1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven 350 degrees F .
Prepare a 9" x 13" baking dish by spraying nonstick cooking oil or, if you prefer, grease the dish with butter.

To prepare the filling:
In a small bowl, mix all the frosting ingredients together; Mix well to combine.
To assemble the cake for baking:
Spoon the filling with a teaspoon over the base, as evenly as possible, all over the base.
Use a butter knife and roll the filling into the base.
Put in the preheated oven and cook for 28 to 30 minutes.
Preparation and use of icing:
While the cake is baking, use a small bowl to prepare the frosting, mixing all the ingredients together until well combined; Put aside.
