°500g pasta of your choice (16 ounces)
°1 TB of extra virgin olive oil
°1 chopped onion
°2 cups of crushed garlic
°750 grams lean ground beef (1 1/2 pounds)
°600g (22.6oz) canned condensed tomato soup
°600g (22.6oz) canned condensed mushroom soup
°1 cup milk (250 ml / 8.45 fl oz)
°Salt and black pepper to taste
°1/2 cup of paprika
°1/2 cup dried parsley


Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) - spraying baking dish with cook spray.
Cook the pasta in a large saucepan according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft - add minced meat and cook until soft.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the pan.
Add the cooked meat, tomato soup, mushrooms and milk to the pasta, stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to prepared baking dish - sprinkle with paprika and parsley - bake for 25-30 minutes.
