°1 tbsp. Chop the garlic
°1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
°3 cups cooked white rice
°2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
°2 tbsp. soya sauce
°2 tbsp. Sesame oil
°1 large beaten egg
°2 tbsp. Sliced green onions

*How to make shrimp fried rice

Wash and rinse the prawns and set aside.
Cook white rice according to instructions and set aside.
Place a medium skillet over medium heat and add the oil and minced garlic.
Stir in the garlic for one minute, until fragrant.
Add the pea and shrimp mixture to the skillet, stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the sesame oil and soy sauce, and stir to combine.
Add the white rice with the soy sauce mixture and sesame seeds.
fry for 4 minutes.
Place the rice and shrimp mixture on one side of the pan.
Add the eggs to the skillet and stir the eggs constantly until they are almost completely cooked, then stir them into the rice mixture.
Garnished with green onions.
