*ingredients

°1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
°1 medium white onion, sliced
°2 lbs peeled and chopped potatoes
°1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
°A box of cream of mushroom soup
°1 cup of milk

*Directions

The first step:
Use a slow cooker liner or spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick spray

Put the peeled and chopped potatoes into the slow cooker, add the smoked sausage slices and the Creole seasoning along with the chopped onion.

The second step:
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with the milk and mix well.

Third step:
Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and meat in the slow cooker

The fourth step:
Just move a few times

Fifth step:
Place the lid on the slow cooker, and set the temperature to LOW

Bake for 7 to 8 hours
